We had a great stay at The Strings by Intercontinental in Tokyo. The location was convenient, close to Shinagawa station for easy access to transportation. The room was small but had all the necessary amenities, and we loved the mist shower head. The breakfast service was fantastic, with a variety of options to choose from. we had a wonderful experience and would recommend this hotel.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the exclusive amenities provided by this hotel. the staff went above and beyond to fulfill our luxurious needs, providing top-notch service and ensuring our satisfaction. the Sauna and private facilities were exceptional, while the Restaurant and Buffet breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. the Bar/Lounge area was the perfect spot to relax after a long day exploring the location advantages of this venue, which was conveniently located near many restaurants and cafes.
While our experience was overwhelmingly positive, we did notice a minor issue with the consistency of the housekeeping service. On some days, it was excellent, but on others, not quite up to the standard we expected.

The hotel is perfectly located right next to Shinagawa station, making it extremely convenient for commuting and exploring the city. The room was spacious and well-decorated, offering a comfortable stay. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast included a wide selection of options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. Additionally, the hotel offered a courtesy room for guests to store their luggage and freshen up before their departure.
The fitness room was a bit difficult to find, requiring some searching.
