We had a great stay at The Strings by Intercontinental in Tokyo. The location was convenient, close to Shinagawa station for easy access to transportation. The room was small but had all the necessary amenities, and we loved the mist shower head. The breakfast service was fantastic, with a variety of options to choose from. we had a wonderful experience and would recommend this hotel.

Convenient location and modern, stylish hotel on the 26th floor. Friendly and courteous staff. Room was clean with a great view of Mt Tsukuba. Lobby and restaurant were visually stunning. I recommend this hotel.

The breakfast buffet was outstanding in terms of quality and variety. the staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful. the location, close to the train station, was convenient for traveling to other places.
There were some issues with the wait staff during breakfast. It was difficult to get coffee cup refills and have used plates cleared from the small table.

The spacious rooms are clean and comfortable, with heavenly bedding for a great night's sleep. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with options like perfectly cooked omelets. The bathroom offers a stunning view of the city, adding to the overall pleasant experience.
Room service and the cocktails at the bar are quite expensive.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the exclusive amenities provided by this hotel. the staff went above and beyond to fulfill our luxurious needs, providing top-notch service and ensuring our satisfaction. the Sauna and private facilities were exceptional, while the Restaurant and Buffet breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. the Bar/Lounge area was the perfect spot to relax after a long day exploring the location advantages of this venue, which was conveniently located near many restaurants and cafes.
While our experience was overwhelmingly positive, we did notice a minor issue with the consistency of the housekeeping service. On some days, it was excellent, but on others, not quite up to the standard we expected.

The hotel is perfectly located right next to Shinagawa station, making it extremely convenient for commuting and exploring the city. The room was spacious and well-decorated, offering a comfortable stay. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast included a wide selection of options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. Additionally, the hotel offered a courtesy room for guests to store their luggage and freshen up before their departure.
The fitness room was a bit difficult to find, requiring some searching.

Trotz der unattraktiven Lage in einem Gewerbegebiet am Stadtrand gibt es eine große Auswahl an Freizeitangeboten. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und bieten einen schönen Blick auf die Umgebung. Ein Highlight ist das umfangreiche Frühstücksbuffet, das regelmäßig nachgefüllt wird.
Die Matratzen sind am Ende ihrer Lebensdauer und zu weich.
